Definetly we hackers are that part of society that likes to co-create solutions and is not afraid of tough nuts to crack. The more challenging the challenge, the more motivated we are. But if it is also about the future of our loved ones and ourselves? Then there is no reason to hesitate!

As you can already imagine, we will solve various situations that dementia brings with it, namely from three different angles, if we can say so:

What solutions are we looking for?
Great and useful, of course! 
We are looking for innovative solutions for people with dementia and their caretakers that will bring them added value, be easy to use and accessible, and in a way, may also be their ticket to a more accepting world!
It can be a concept, it can be an application, it can be the idea of a physical product, or an elaborate research where you support your claims with data and show the value of the work. Everything with which we can contribute to a better understanding, response,… help to people with dementia and their caregivers.
What is the reward for all your work?
Definitely the feeling that we are all working together at this hackathon on something for the common good. Isn’t that the best reward?
Well, in addition to the excitement and the feeling of accomplishment, and the fact that you may continue to develop the solution with one of the project backers and help people. You are of course also competing for cash prizes:
